Terms & Conditions

This agreement is between you, the Advertiser (“Advertiser”), and Wolf Masters Private Limited referred as (InkRevenue), a company registered and incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 in India having its registered office at 98B, Udyog Vihar, Phase 5, Gurugram Haryana 122016, India (“InkRevenue”, “Partner Network”).

1. Introduction

1.1 InkRevenue agrees to provide the Advertiser with the ability to post Ads and/or submit Promo codes and/or Fixed Marketing Materials... The Advertiser and its representatives agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Definitions

• InkRevenue Partner Network – The proprietary system/platform enabling advertisers to promote campaigns.
• Program – A specific campaign or offer initiated by the Advertiser.
• Publisher – Affiliates, influencers, or partners promoting the Advertiser’s products/services.
• Advertiser – A business promoting its offerings via InkRevenue.
• Ads – Creative assets like banners, videos, and copy used for marketing.
• Fixed Marketing Materials – Time-bound static placements.
• Marketing Materials – Promotional content/products to drive customer interest.
• Promo Codes – Discount or special codes tracked via InkRevenue’s system.
• Tracking Solutions – Mandatory S2S tracking including in-app, to monitor conversions and user activity.

3. General Provisions

• Agreement is effective once the Advertiser consents through the platform or by a signed IO.
• Advertiser must provide accurate and updated information or risk termination.
• InkRevenue reserves the right to accept or deny advertisers at its sole discretion.
• Advertiser may need to submit KYC documents and a test transaction.
• Any amendments must be signed or accepted explicitly through continued use.

4. Fraud

Advertisers are liable for all fraud-related issues and must monitor publishers. Any misuse of tracking will be considered a breach and may lead to immediate termination.

5. Indemnification

Advertiser agrees to indemnify InkRevenue, Publishers, and their agents from legal claims, loss, or damages resulting from breaches, misinformation, or improper use of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

• InkRevenue is not liable for technical issues, data loss, or tracking errors.
• No guarantees are made on service performance or uptime.
• Delays or failures caused by force majeure events are not covered.
• Advertiser is responsible for verifying their program setup.

7. Non-Disclosure

• Each party agrees to protect confidential information using reasonable efforts.
• Confidential data must not be disclosed without written consent.
• Information already public or received lawfully from third parties is excluded.

8. Final Provision

• This Agreement is governed by Indian laws.
• Legal disputes will be handled in Gurugram District Court.
• Using InkRevenue implies acceptance of these terms.
• InkRevenue may update terms anytime via notice or email.
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
